ADVANCED RESUSCITATION AND OXYGEN THERAPY COURSE

Who should attend:

This course is designed for participants who are able to administer oxygen in an emergency situation such as medical staff, nurses and doctors.

Aim:

To enable you to achieve a level of competence and update your knowledge in the practical and safe use of oxygen in an emergency.

Outcome:

By the end of the session you will be able to:

-Recognise, manage and treat a patient requiring oxygen therapy.

-To demonstrate how to administer and use the equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.

-Demonstrate the rationale of oxygen therapy.

-Demonstrate a working knowledge of resuscitation and emergency equipment in your working area.
